Irish Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. instant coffee
1/4 c. Irish whiskey (Jameson)
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Dissolve coffee in whiskey; set aside.
Cream butter until smooth.
Add sugar gradually, beating until fluffy.
Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla and coffee mixture.
Beat until well blended. Stir dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture.
Beat 3 minutes or until smooth.
