Date Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. dates
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add nuts and dates rolled in flour. Add egg yolks.
    Beat egg whites.
    Separate and fold into the mixture.
    Bake in slower oven (300\u00b0) about 20 minutes.
    Cool and cover with whipped cream.
