Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    3 sq. chocolate
    3 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt margarine and 3 squares of chocolate. Remove from heat and blend in 3 cups sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt and vanilla.
    Mix well and add evaporated milk.
    Return mixture to heat, mix and cook until all sugar is dissolved, about 5 to 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat and let cool.
    Makes 1 quart. Refrigerate.
