Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Fill large roasting pan with 7 to 8 quarts popped unsalted popcorn.
    Mix ingredients (all except soda).
    Boil for 5 minutes. Add soda and mix; pour over popcorn and mix well.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool on wax paper or Teflon sheet.
