Divinely Decadent Fudge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
Preparation
    In a large pan bring corn syrup and butter to a boil.
    Remove from heat; add chocolate and stir until melted.
    Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
    Blend in flour and nuts.
    Grease and flour one 9-inch cake pan.
    Pour mixture into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove and cool completely on rack.
    Pour glaze over cake; let stand 1 hour.
    Garnish with pecans or walnuts.
