Liver Sausage Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large liver sausage (16 oz. size)
2 large pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. size)
1/2 c. onion
1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of Tabasco sauce
3/4 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

Mix liver sausage with 1 1/4 packages of the cream cheese and the onion, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco and horseradish.
Shape into a ball.
