No-Knead Roll Dough - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 cup sugar
6 1/2-7 cup sifted flour
1/4 cup shortening
2 cup warm water
2 tsp. salt
1 egg
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar salt and half of flour. Beat for 2 min.
Add egg and shortening.
Gradually beat in rest of flour until smooth.
Cover with damp cloth, let rise until double in bulk, poke down, shape into rolls.
Place on lightly oiled pan.
Let rise 30-45 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until tops are brown.
