Swedish Meat Loaf Wellington - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except rolls.
    Shape into loaf.
    Bake in shallow pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Spoon off fat. Separate one package of crescent rolls.
    Place over loaf top and down sides.
    Bake 15 minutes more.
