Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bushel tomatoes, made into juice
    8 large onions
    1 bunch celery
    2 peppers
    3 hot peppers
    3 cloves garlic
    2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    1 c. oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; cook until thick.
    Pour into jars; process for 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
