Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can red or pink salmon, drained (save 1/4 c. liquid)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 c. dried bread crumbs or 2 1/2 slices bread
    1/4 c. onion or 1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix cream of celery soup with liquid.
    Add dried bread crumbs, beaten eggs, onion and lemon juice.
    Grease bread pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
