Pecan Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Mix egg, milk and oil and add all at once to dry ingredients.
    Line muffin tins with liners or grease and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
