Cornflake Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    8 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    1 c. cornflakes
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg white.
    Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and beat until stiff.
    Stir in remaining sugar and ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
