Zucchini Casserole No. 1 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, sliced, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (4 oz.) pimento pieces
1 c. milk (or 1 small can evaporated milk)
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix
all
ingredients; pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake,
uncovered,
at
325\u00b0
for 30 to 40 minutes. You may save out a small amount of crumbs and shredded cheese to sprinkle on top before baking.
