Chili Mac Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. olive or canola oil
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    2 celery stalks, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes or 4 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. dried leaf oregano
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large nonstick frypan, heat oil.
    Add beef and stir to brown, then add onion, garlic, pepper and celery.
    Cook about 3 minutes, stirring often.
    Add tomato sauce, tomatoes (including juice), oregano and Italian seasoning.
    Cover; reduce heat and cook about 20 minutes.
    Add beans and macaroni.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes until heated through.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
