Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. sliced peeled potatoes, cut 1/4 inch thick
    2 c. sliced carrot, 1/4 inch thick
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    can cream mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown chops over med high heat. Season with salt & pepper. Combine potatoes, carrots, onions, salt, marjoram, and pepper. Mix lightly.
    Place in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Pour mushroom soup over potato mixture.
    Top with chops. Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 hours until vegetables are tender.
