Pork Chops With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    3/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. boiling water
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown the pork chops in the oil.
    Put in bottom of a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Season.
    Mix the rice, onion, water, salt and soup.
    Pour evenly over the pork chops. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until meat and rice are done. Add more water, if necessary.
