Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine (2 sticks), melted
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. anise seed
    2 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar gradually and beat until smooth.
    Then add cool, melted margarine and the anise.
    Fold in sifted flour and baking powder.
    Drop from teaspoon into the center of hot pizzelle iron.
    Preheat iron before mixing up the batter.
