Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    graham cracker crust
    5 eggs
    2 1/2 lb. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix the eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together with electric mixer until smooth.
    Pour cheese mixture over crust carefully.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool 5 minutes.
    Mix the sour cream, vanilla and 1/2 cup sugar together.
    Pour over cheese cake and put in oven for 5 minutes at 275\u00b0.
    Cool in refrigerator or freezer.
