Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dry oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to directions; drain.
    Stir butter (or margarine) into hot spaghetti.
    Stir in eggs and Parmesan. Form spaghetti mixture into a \"crust\" in a buttered 10-inch pie plate.
    Spread cottage cheese over \"crust\".
    In a skillet cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until vegetables and meat are tender and meat is slightly browned.
    Drain well.
    Stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; heat through.
    Turn meat mixture into crust.
    Bake uncovered in350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella atop and return to oven until cheese melts.
