Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken cutlets (thin)
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    seasoned bread crumbs
    1 lg. jar red sauce
    grated parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. part-skim mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Pound cutlets thin.
    Beat together 1 egg and 2 egg whites. dip cutlets in egtg mixture, then in seasoned bread crumbs.
    Brown in olive oil nad drain on paper towels.
    In square baking pan spread some sauce on bottom, then lay chicken on bottom, pour some sauce over chicken, then sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over chicken.
    Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0F.
    Serve with angel hair pasta or wide noodles.
