Chicken With Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, halved with skin removed
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 large minced garlic clove
    1 apple, chopped
    1/2 c. peanut sauce (shake well before measuring)
    1/3 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Trim fat from chicken and place in lightly oiled baking dish.
    Heat oil and saute onion and garlic. Spread onion, garlic and chopped apple over the chicken. Gradually add the chicken broth to the peanut sauce, beating with a fork until smooth.
    Pour over the chicken pieces.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake until tender. Yield:
    4 servings.
