Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chopped spinach
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. onion
1/2 c. spinach juice
3/4 tsp. celery, garlic salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. jalapeno cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper and salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Cook spinach; drain well (reserve juice). Saute onion; add flour and other ingredients. Add cheese and mix. Pour over spinach. Serve hot.
