Shelia'S Favorite Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat griddle to 350\u00b0.
    Whisk all dry ingredients together before whisking in liquids.
    Whisk in egg, milk and melted butter. Batter should be lumpy.
    Do not beat until smooth.
    Use 1/2 cup measuring cup to pour batter onto griddle.
    Turn once when pancake surface appears bubbly.
