Campfire Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. shredded cheese
    2 Tbsp. fresh or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place potatoes and onion in layers in casserole dish.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over.
    Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
