Ingredients

1 1/2 c. skim milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
5 packets sugar substitute
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. low-fat chocolate ice milk
Preparation

Combine 1/3 cup skim milk and gelatin in blender container and wait one minute before adding water.
Blend until gelatin is dissolved.
Add remaining milk, sugar, cocoa and vanilla; blend. Add ice milk and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into dessert cups.
Chill until set.
Contains 70 calories per 4 ounce serving. Yields 8 servings.
