Twiced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 nice sized baking potatoes
    fat-free sour cream
    minced onion
    4 oz. fat-free cream cheese
    salt, pepper, paprika, chervil
Preparation
    Scrub the potatoes.
    Bake them until they are done.
    Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
    Scoop out the potatoes, leaving a shell.
    Rice the potatoes.
    Beat in cream cheese and enough sour cream to lighten the mixture.
    Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of minced onion if desired.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Refill the potato shells.
    Garnish with paprika and/or chervil.
    Serves 8.
