Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. lemon juice
grated rind of 2 lemons
1/4 c. milk
4 eggs
unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Combine
sugar,
flour and cornmeal.
Add butter, lemon juice, lemon
rind
and
milk;
mix well.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating
well
after
each\taddition.
Pour into shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
