Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. coconut
    2 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded carrot
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can mandarin oranges
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix and beat all ingredients for 2 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes in 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
