Linda'S Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped onion
    1 mashed garlic clove or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
    2 c. cottage cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 bay leaf
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and garlic in butter.
    Add beef, tomatoes and seasonings and cook slowly for 20 minutes.
    Cook lasagna in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain.
    Arrange layers in greased baking dish:
    first, a layer of noodles, then sauce, then alternating layers of cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
    Add remaining noodles and sauce.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8!
