Quick And Easy Caramel Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 sticks butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar (use more or less for desired consistency)
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Add brown sugar; cook and stir until sugar melts.
    Add milk and vanilla.
    Beat in confectioners sugar until thick enough to spread.
    This recipe makes enough to frost a 3-layer cake.
