Roast Beef Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chuck roast
    1 stalk celery
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small bottle catsup
    1 catsup bottle water
    6 to 8 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a baking dish, with a lid, large enough for all ingredients.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 hours.
    Put on buns.
