Coffee Butterball Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter
1/3 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee
1/4 tsp. soda
1 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream butter.
Add confectioners sugar.
Cream until fluffy. Dissolve coffee and soda in water.
Add to butter mixture.
Beat well.
Stir in flour and nuts.
Shape into small balls.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
Roll in confectioners sugar while still warm.
