Fat-Free Pumpkin Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    No stick cooking spray
    1 2/3 cups flour
    2/3 cup sugar
    1/4 cup non-fat dry milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1/2 cup raisins
    2 egg whites
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    1/2 cup light or dark corn syrup
    1/2 cup orange juice
Preparation
    Spray 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray. In large bowl combine dry ingredients and raisins. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Stir until smooth and then add to dry ingredients. Again stir until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until tester comes out clean.. Makes 16 servings.
