Stewed Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken wings
    1 (2 lb.) can tomatoes (undrained)
    2 c. chicken stock or water
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
    salt to taste
    2 carrots, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 clove garlic, split
    1 small bay leaf
    1 red pepper pod
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Cover the chicken wings with tomatoes and chicken stock or water.
    Bring to a boil for about 15 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover and simmer until wings are tender.
    Serve with boiled rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
