Easy Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    l lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 can Ro-Tel
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
    2 cans Ranch Style beans
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
    2 doz. small, frozen tortillas
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions together; drain off excess fat. Mix together Ro-Tel, beans and soup.
    In bottom of large casserole, put layer of tortillas (6).
    Next put layer of bean mix, layer of hamburger
    mix
    and
    layer
    of cheese.
    Continue until
    all
    ingredients
    are used.
    Place in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
