Baked Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork tenderloin
    2 medium onions, grated
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    6 slices bacon
Preparation
    Cut tenderloins in half.
    In shallow baking dish, combine all remaining ingredients, except bacon.
    Place meat in mixture, turning it to soak on each side (at least 1 hour).
    Cover with bacon slices and bake, uncovered, for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours at 325\u00b0.
