Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour (self-rising)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 475\u00b0.
    Place eggs in blender.
    Add milk, flour, and salt; beat for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Add salad oil; beat 1/2 minute. Grease muffin tins thoroughly.
    Fill 1/2 full.
    Bake for 15 minutes until they rise and turn brown; turn down to 350\u00b0 and bake 25 minutes.
