Cabbage Carrot Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, shredded
    3 large carrots, shredded
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/3 c. oil
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl toss cabbage, carrot and onion. Mix oil, vinegar, salt, caraway and pepper.
    Pour over vegetables and toss. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
