Shortbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Roll out to about 7 x 11-inches. Cut out in 1/4-inch circles.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
