Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large sweet onion
    15 oz. red kidney beans
    16 oz. red gold diced tomatoes
    46 oz. tomato juice
    2 c. macaroni
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain grease if any.
    Add drained kidney beans, tomatoes and tomato juice.
    Cook macaroni and add to the mixture.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Let simmer on low for about 1 hour.
    Serves 8.
