Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium green peppers
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can seasoned tomato sauce
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked rice or whole kernel corn
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
bread crumbs
Preparation

Brown meat and onion until almost dry.
Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
Simmer until hot (about 5 minutes).
Add cheese; stir until melted.
Stir in rice.
Stuff peppers; sprinkle tops with bread crumbs.
Fill baking dish with 1/2 inch water.
Place peppers in dish; bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until hot through.
Serves 8.
