Blueberry Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
    2 c. milk
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.
    In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Cut in margarine until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    Stir in walnuts. In small bowl, beat eggs slightly, then beat in milk and vanilla, mix well.
    Stir into flour mixture, just until moistened.
    Gently fold in blueberries.
    Pour into Bundt pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and finish cooling.
    Makes approximately 24 servings.
