Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/8 c. juice
2 1/4 Tbsp. cornstarch

Preparation

Wash berries, mash and strain.
Bring juice to boil; add sugar and cornstarch.
Cook 1 minute.
Cool.
Line baked pie shell with sliced strawberries.
Chill 2 hours in pie shell.
