Broccoli And Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
8 oz. chicken broth
1 grated carrot
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can cream of potato soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese or 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 diced and cooked potato (optional)
Preparation

Cook broccoli until tender (if using frozen, cook as directed on package).
Combine all other ingredients and simmer while broccoli is cooking.
Add broccoli and simmer for 20 more minutes.
