Mediterranean Sausage Bundles(Makes About 40) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen puff pastry
    3 oz. pkg. dried sun dried tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Thaw pastry according to package instructions (approximately 20 minutes).
    While pastry thaws, soak the tomatoes in boiling water to soften.
    Cook the sausage, then cut into 1/2-inch slices. Cut these slices crosswise.
    Quarter the tomatoes.
