Squash Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. grated onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together and top with bread crumbs (buttered).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
