Spicy Sesame Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Chinese noodles or thin spaghetti (works great)
    1/4 c. peanut butter (chunky or smooth)
    1/4 c. sesame paste (tahini)
    1/2 c. light soy sauce
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. sesame oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar, Chinese black vinegar or cider vinegar
    1 tsp. dried or 1 Tbsp. minced, fresh garlic
    1 tsp. dried or 1 Tbsp. minced, fresh ginger
    2 tsp. chili paste or chili oil
    diced green tops from 2 or 3 scallions
    dried red pepper flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Meantime, mix together all other ingredients, except scallions and red pepper flakes.
    Add sauce to pasta and toss well.
    Sprinkle with red pepper flakes and/or scallions if desired.
