Eggs Mornay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar, diced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. sherry
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    12 eggs
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Make a sauce with the first 8 ingredients.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Hard-cook eggs or cook less time, if preferred. Shell while warm and put in shallow baking dish.
    Surround with the sauce and sprinkle with croutons.
    Reheat if necessary in slow oven (300\u00b0).
    Just before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 6.
