Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    6 to 8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef in microwave-safe dish for 2 minutes; drain. Mix spaghetti sauce with beef.
    Rinse jar with water.
    Pour water in beef.
    Mix egg with cottage cheese.
    Mix pepper with cottage cheese and egg.
    Put 1/2 of sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish. Spread out. Put 3 or 4 raw noodles on top of this.
    Then 1/2 of cottage cheese mixture.
    Then put about a handful of Mozzarella cheese on this.
    Put more sauce, 3 more noodles, more cheese and rest of sauce.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Cover with plastic wrap and cook on High for 8 minutes, Medium-Low for 30 minutes.
    Be sure all noodles are covered.
