1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. thin sliced onions
1 c. canned tomatoes, drained
1/2 c. stuffed green olives, sliced
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
